What you will do

• Provide legal advice and transaction support for commercial agreements.
• Draft and negotiate contracts for sales and procurement organizations.
• Assist with strategic corporate transactions and special projects.
• Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and legal playbooks.
• Ensure consistency and efficiency in global legal operations.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school required.
• Member of a US state bar in good standing required.
• 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial contracting experience.
• Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, and on-prem software licensing legal issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
