Outbound Business Development Representative (SaaS): Spearheading the outbound sales motion and building a lead generation playbook from the ground up with an accent on high-personalization outreach and data-driven prospecting. Focus on collaborating with GTM engineering to automate workflows, qualifying high-value discovery calls, and scaling the outbound team.

Location: Remote (Must be able to work across US time zones).

What you will do

  • Identify and target high-potential prospects to build a qualified pipeline from scratch.
  • Execute and iterate on multi-channel outbound playbooks including email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Partner with GTM engineers to integrate technical tools and automate lead generation workflows.
  • Craft highly personalized messaging based on prospect research and technical insights.
  • Qualify and book high-value discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot and Apollo to support forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience in tech or SaaS with a proven track record of building pipelines.
  • Experience executing outbound playbooks and multi-channel outreach strategies.
  • Technical familiarity with sales tech stacks and basic automation concepts.
  • English proficiency: C1 level required for persuasive, high-personalization communication.
  • Must be able to work across US time zones to align with client availability.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
