What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots within hospital settings.
• Collect operational data and provide detailed feedback to engineering teams.
• Supervise, train, and onboard new Clinical Robot Associates.
• Manage monthly scheduling, time cards, and team coverage.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and the public regarding robot operations.
• Prioritize customer experience and resolve unexpected operational issues.

Requirements

• Must be local to Durham, NC
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience including scheduling and training.
• Strong customer service orientation with de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to pass vendor credentialing, including immunizations, background checks, and drug screens.
