What you will do

• Monitor and guide autonomous robot activities in real time to ensure safe and efficient service.
• Communicate directly with merchants and customers to resolve operational issues.
• Document and report incidents with high attention to detail.
• Test product functions and features to identify bugs and operational gaps.
• Coordinate with internal operations and engineering teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Maintain performance targets related to safety and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, or logistics.
• Proficiency with computers and web-based tools in a professional setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and robots simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Los Angeles with the ability to stand, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
