What you will do

• Map and analyze end-to-end business processes to identify bottlenecks and manual work.
• Redesign workflows to integrate AI solutions while balancing technological capabilities and human involvement.
• Build business cases and launch pilots to validate process improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Create playbooks and documentation to scale new processes across multiple European markets.
• Drive change management and measure tangible improvements in business KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or business analysis.
• Proven track record of implementation projects, not just advisory work.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM.
• Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work.
• English at C1 level or higher is mandatory.
• Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or BPM certification.
• Knowledge of process mining or data-driven improvement methodologies.
• Experience in logistics, e-commerce, finance, or customer care sectors.
• Background in international or cross-functional transformation programs.
