What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable AI solutions following modern engineering best practices.
• Deliver high-quality code for data, modeling, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including automated CI/CD and containerization.
• Ensure model observability and system reliability in production environments.
• Work within an Agile framework to translate research into predictable production value.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to define project requirements and progress.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English required.
• Strong preference for French language proficiency.
• Senior proficiency in Python with a commitment to software engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML SDK/CLI or Azure Databricks.
• Proficiency in Docker and building deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or Gitlab.
• Proven track record of taking ML models from research to stable production.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML architectures and mathematical foundations for high-precision modeling.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Exposure to formulation, chemistry, or the Fragrance & Flavor industry.
