Salary: PLN 36,000 - PLN 40,000 gross monthly (for Poland/Krakow).

What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable services supporting the AI lifecycle.
• Develop infrastructure and APIs for integrating third-party services.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and monitoring.
• Build frameworks for tracking data drift, model decay, and operational health.
• Ensure low latency and high availability for AI-driven systems.
• Manage data versioning and a central feature store.

Requirements

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent.
• Solid foundation in computer science principles.
• Proven track record designing and operating scalable backend systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python as a primary language.
• Expertise in distributed systems, containerisation, and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with the AI/ML lifecycle, including deployment and model management.

Nice to have

• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with high-performance model serving frameworks.
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools.
• Knowledge of data and model versioning strategies.
