What you will do

• Conduct online, batch, and data verification testing to ensure software accuracy and freedom from defects.
• Design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including risk assessment and integrated testing plans.
• Develop and execute automated test plans using tools like Selenium, HP Quality Center, and IBM Rational.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts to create detailed test cases and preconditions.
• Manage the full defect lifecycle, providing expert guidance on the resolution and closure of intricate issues.
• Maintain and interpret application standards including payment card industry (PCI) and security compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency with relational databases and knowledge of the bankcard industry.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe Systems (TSO, JHS, CICS) and IBM Rational tools.
• Must be based in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification.
