What you will do

• Analyze quality data on a regular basis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate preventive actions to mitigate quality risks.
• Manage and support continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing unit.
• Maintain quality systems and oversee document management processes.
• Develop and implement measurement and analysis tools to enhance process stability.

Requirements

• Education: Secondary or university degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Czech at B2 level.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Must be able to work onsite in Brno, Czechia.
