What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and create strategic annual account plans.
  • Proactively drive the renewal process and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to present partnership value and capture client priorities.
  • Cross-sell additional service lines through tailored business cases.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams to monitor project status and ensure quality.
  • Collaborate with Technical Solutions Managers on cross-divisional bundling opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in key account management, client success, or technical B2B sales.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and functional English (TOEIC 650+).
  • Experience managing renewal cycles and proactive retention strategies.
  • Ability to present commercial recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills to identify growth patterns and prioritize expansion targets.
  • Must be based in New Taipei City, Taiwan for hybrid work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in TIC, cybersecurity, product certification, or compliance services.
  • Understanding of EU regulatory timelines (CRA, RED) and manufacturer compliance.
  • Familiarity with structured account planning frameworks or account health scoring.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and commercial resources.
