What you will do
- Lead and execute the regional sales strategy, translating global priorities into local success with a focus on new customer acquisition.
- Coach and develop a team of Client Executives, creating an inclusive, high-performing environment.
- Guide the team through complex sales cycles, emphasizing new-logo opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing commercial and government customers.
- Drive new-logo pipeline creation through targeted prospecting and partner co-selling.
- Collaborate across pre-sales, marketing, channel, and customer success teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial sales experience, including acquiring new accounts and expanding strategic customers.
- People-leadership experience in complex environments, with a track record of coaching diverse teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert a new-business pipeline.
- Deep understanding of commercial IT, especially storage, cloud, and hybrid solutions.
- Executive presence and commercial acumen, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Strong execution skills and a consistent approach to planning and sales process.
