What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for division PLCs, related hardware, software, and equipment.
• Design and engineer programmable logic controls (PLCs) and modifications for manufacturing production equipment.
• Develop SCADA systems and HMI controls.
• Specify and apply robotic multi-axis motion control platforms and machine vision systems.
• Direct electrical assembly activities, including panel fabrication and component wiring.
• Perform systems integration of 3rd party equipment and produce technical documentation.

Requirements

• BSEE from an accredited university or equivalent training and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a PLC technician or engineer designing modifications.
• Proficiency in Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC programming.
• Experience with Rockwell Software SQL and Microsoft SQL Database programming.
• Knowledge of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) software and Visual Basic.
• Experience working with Electric Motor Starters, Motion Controllers, Drives, and Switch Gears.
