Salary: $72,500 – $103,400 per year

What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations at customer sites.
• Lead Level 1 and Level 2 Capital Equipment installations following the ItP framework.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical and electro-mechanical issues to restore baseline operations.
• Train customer operators and support production efficiency.
• Monitor service contracts and identify business development opportunities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety (OHS) and food quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in installations, maintenance, or service of hirify.global equipment.
• Education in industrial systems, automation, or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley frequency drives, GE Fanuc, Rockwell RSLogix 5000, DeviceNet, and Ethernet.
• Valid driver's license for extensive travel by car and air.
• English: Intermediate level (written and verbal).
• Ability to travel up to 90% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance of ice cream manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with PAM/SAM and DMC.
