What you will do

• Troubleshoot processes and perform product validations on extrusion production lines and injection molding machines.
• Lead and assist with projects, including running DOEs and ETRs.
• Design, analyze, and improve products and components using standard engineering techniques.
• Create and maintain systems, including drafting blueprints and managing field visits.
• Collaborate with designers and external vendors for extrusion and injection mold design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.S.), preferably in Plastic and Polymer Engineering.
• 2-3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and 3D SolidWorks.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and plastic part design.
• Knowledge of Mold Shop manufacturing processes.
• Availability for domestic travel and potential international travel.
