Salary: $108,000 - $162,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, develop, and verify mechanical and electromechanical catheters for cardiac therapies.
• Implement improvements to enhance system safety, performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and systems engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyze complex engineering problems and provide innovative technical solutions.
• Oversee prototyping and conduct rigorous design characterization and testing.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related technical discipline with 4+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Ability to work on-site in Mounds View, MN 4 days per week.
• Proficiency in mechanical and electromechanical design principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in technical documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in a highly regulated industry, preferably with implantable medical devices.
• Demonstrated proficiency using CAD and Creo.
