Focus on driving large, complex connectivity opportunities and building a high-performing specialized sales team.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Europe)

What you will do

  • Define and execute the Hospitality & Data Center growth strategy across Europe, targeting priority segments and key accounts.
  • Lead pipeline creation and conversion, driving large, complex opportunities through a disciplined solution-selling approach.
  • Build and coach a high-performing team of Solution Account Managers to strengthen vertical expertise and value-based selling.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with EPCs, system integrators, and major end users.
  • Align regional sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions and scale best practices.
  • Drive overall business performance, including orders, revenue, pipeline growth, and win rates.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Hospitality & Data Center markets with a track record in complex deal management.
  • Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex ecosystems.
  • Solid knowledge of industrial networking, cybersecurity in critical infrastructure, and digital transformation trends.
  • Experience working within a medium-to-large international organization in a matrix environment.
  • Must be based in Europe to lead the regional vertical strategy.
