Intern DEI (HR): Accelerating the execution of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy within an international corporate environment with an accent on project execution and data analysis. Focus on embedding equity and inclusion, improving HR processes, and conducting research to increase organizational diversity.

Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: €600 per month

What you will do

• Accelerate the execution of the DEI strategy and contribute to projects in an international corporate environment.
• Support data analysis and research, such as the Employee Experience scan, to drive diversity.
• Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports for various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and Employee Resource Groups to drive inclusive collaboration.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on inclusive recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

• Final phase of a bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a master’s degree.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Utrecht, Netherlands.
• Interest in data analysis, research, and organizational development.
• Affinity with technology and how AI can be applied in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and proactively connect with stakeholders.
