Salary: $197,200 - $255,200 (OTE)

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, partnering with Client Executives to drive business outcomes.
• Architect and configure solutions across the hirify.global portfolio, including ONTAP, SAN, NAS, block, file, hybrid cloud, and data protection.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover business challenges, technical gaps, and future-state goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to co-sell and co-strategize in the field.
• Engage customers in strategic conversations regarding AI readiness, data strategy, and disaster recovery.
• Manage multiple simultaneous deals, ranging from net-new logo pursuits to long-term strategic accounts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in a quota-driven environment.
• Proven success supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers through complex sales cycles.
• Deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, specifically SAN, NAS, block, and file storage.
• Experience designing and configuring solutions within customer environments and translating requirements into deployable outcomes.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Must be based in the greater Atlanta metro area to support territory customers and partners.
