What you will do

• Perform targeted analysis of hirify.global and external data to identify customer- or segment-specific fraud patterns, risks, and vulnerabilities.
• Apply advanced analytical techniques and hypothesis-driven investigations to uncover insights not visible through high-level trend analysis.
• Translate analytical findings into tailored, prospect-relevant narratives that articulate fraud exposure and business impact.
• Develop insight-driven materials, including customer-specific briefings and strategic reports, to support commercial engagement.
• Design and develop effective data visualizations to simplify complex findings for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytical tools to scale analysis while ensuring rigorous data validation and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM field or self-directed technology-focused education in data analytics or programming.
• Experience in fraud, financial crime, or data analysis.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills.
• Proficiency with Python and/or R.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering messages to executive-level audiences.
