What you will do

  • Drive new customer and cross-sell acquisition via phone, email, and digital outreach.
  • Perform inbound and outbound prospecting to build and qualify a new sales pipeline.
  • Communicate hirify.global's value proposition across various use cases to solve customer business challenges.
  • Collaborate with channel partners, marketing, and technical teams to deliver proposals.
  • Execute targeted campaigns and social selling to generate new business.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 months of experience in inside sales (internships considered).
  • Fluent in English and Danish.
  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of AI, cloud, storage, or general IT solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Cork, Ireland.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems (resellers, distributors, system integrators).
