What you will do

  • Source and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and social outreach across APAC.
  • Initiate contact with potential customers to build early-stage relationships and generate pipeline.
  • Articulate hirify.global's value proposition to solve customer problems with connectivity technology.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings and refine sales strategies.
  • Manage activity and pipeline visibility using Salesforce CRM.
  • Contribute to market positioning and outreach tactics for the Southeast Asia region.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages are a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based prospecting.
  • Experience managing a pipeline within a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Resourceful startup mindset and ability to thrive in a remote environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or telecom industries.
  • Fluency in Mandarin or other Southeast Asian languages.
