What you will do

• Craft high-conversion digital experiences that build user trust and balance visual appeal with business goals.
• Own and evolve the digital brand design system in partnership with engineering for high-fidelity implementation.
• Define core visual principles including typography, layout, and color to elevate web user experiences.
• Utilize performance data to prototype, test, and iterate designs based on what drives engagement.
• Present visual storytelling and design rationale to C-suite stakeholders to align with company goals.
• Design on-brand email campaigns that drive user engagement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in digital or web design.
• Foundational understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, design tokens, and component libraries.
• Experience supporting design systems within CMS environments like Contentful or Webflow.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft across web and email channels.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid office-centric schedule.
