What you will do

• Own the global GTM and enablement strategy for Lakebase for Field Engineering and Partner Technical Sales.
• Build scalable enablement assets using AI content pipelines, including technical deep dives, talk tracks, and hands-on labs.
• Architect scalable demo environments and POC repositories to foster a builder-first SA culture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to translate the roadmap into field-ready assets before GA.
• Establish a product feedback loop to systematically channel field friction and objections back to Product teams.
• Design the competitive narrative and "why Databricks" story for executive-level technical conversations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, developer relations, or technical enablement.
• Deep hands-on expertise in PostgreSQL, OLTP databases, or cloud database services.
• Proven track record of building 0-to-1 enablement programs from scratch.
• Strong product instinct with the ability to map feature roadmaps to customer use cases and competitive differentiation.
• Experience working as a peer with Product and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with Lakehouse architecture, Delta Lake, vector databases, and AI/ML serving patterns.

• Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company during a major product launch.
• Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks or competitive platforms.
• Experience building AI applications using RAG patterns and agent architectures.
• Proven use of AI to automate content creation and shipping demos at scale.
