What you will do

  • Monitor end-to-end card payment performance and track core KPIs including approval, success, and decline rates.
  • Perform root-cause analysis on payment failures, funding inefficiencies, and conversion fluctuations.
  • Evaluate and optimize PSP, acquirer, and payment route performance to improve cost efficiency.
  • Analyze funding behavior and deposit patterns to provide LTV insights and identify conversion drivers.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for Risk, Product, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in analytics, payments, fintech, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of the card payment lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex reporting.
  • Experience with payment platforms, PSP environments, or payment orchestration systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the CFD, FX, or online trading industry.
  • Knowledge of PSP routing and acquiring ecosystems.
  • Exposure to fraud, risk, or payment optimization.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
