What you will do

• Analyze bank core processes and payment infrastructure to understand data generation and extract insights.
• Develop predictive models of expected process and customer behavior.
• Implement scalable monitoring systems using agentic coding to multiply analytical reach.
• Identify early warning signals and deviations between actual and expected behaviors.
• Investigate anomalies, validate hypotheses, and trace issues to their root cause.
• Collaborate with process owners and senior stakeholders to drive resolutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in agentic-coding analytics as a primary workflow (using AI tools to scale reach).
• Ability to critically verify and reconcile agent-generated SQL and Python logic.
• Strong analytical judgment to transform ambiguous data into clear conclusions.
• Solid understanding of retail banking operations (cards, loans, deposits, payment infrastructure).
• Experience with anomaly detection and early-warning system mindsets.
• Foundational knowledge of statistics and modeling (regression, time-series).

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Power BI, or Streamlit.
• Analytical experience across multiple different industry domains.
• Prior experience in risk or banking functions.
