What you will do

  • Partner with the CPO to execute strategic and commercial plans to drive recurring revenue growth and profitability.
  • Build data-driven business cases with clear cost, revenue, and margin projections.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying performance improvements through domain insight in drug discovery.
  • Lead complex deal cycles and guide stakeholders toward value-based outcomes rather than feature-based selling.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional internal teams, including Solution Consulting and Product SMEs, to deliver customer objectives.
  • Identify and win new customers within a defined territory using insight and demonstrated value from existing accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales or strategic account management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working with pharma, biotech, or CRO organizations.
  • Deep understanding of drug discovery and pre-clinical development workflows and regulatory contexts.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning and navigating enterprise-level decision cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (required).
  • Location: Must be based in Germany.
