TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Cologne or Berlin, Germany). Requires 2 office days per week.

What you will do

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and outreach to closing deals.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand customer business goals and identify specific challenges.
  • Develop tailored SaaS solutions that create measurable business impact and support sustainable growth.
  • Manage commercial proposals, follow-ups, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain an accurate and transparent sales pipeline and forecasts within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with international Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize sales processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in prospecting and consultative selling of technology solutions.
  • Expertise in modern sales methodologies, including structured discovery and objection handling.
  • Fluent German (spoken and written) for communication across the DACH market.
  • Professional proficiency in English for collaboration in an international environment.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Cologne or Berlin to support the hybrid office model.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently within a team structure.
