What you will do

• Define and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue growth targets in NSW and New Zealand.
• Lead virtual cross-functional teams including Partners, Solution Engineers, and Customer Success.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite decision-makers to earn trusted advisor status.
• Champion Okta’s value through executive-level presentations and tailored demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from new logo acquisition to expansion within existing accounts.
• Travel as needed to engage with key stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of field sales experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of selling enterprise SaaS solutions to large organizations.
• Must be based in Sydney.
• Experience working with GSIs and partner channels.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with solution selling frameworks like MEDDPICC.
• Deep understanding of identity, security, and cloud transformation landscapes.
