Location: Globally remote (candidates can be based in EMEA, APAC, or the Americas)

What you will do

  • Lead GTM strategy and campaign execution within a specific functional area to ensure growth and adoption.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, content, and partner teams to deliver integrated marketing plans.
  • Develop messaging and positioning assets that resonate with developers and decision makers.
  • Design and implement experiments to test marketing hypotheses and refine strategies.
  • Drive major product launches, marketing initiatives, and growth programs.
  • Mentor team members, strengthen the marketing function, and set high delivery standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, specifically within software, SaaS, or open source.
  • Strong track record in shaping GTM strategies and messaging that move the pipeline.
  • English: C1+ (Strong written and verbal communication required).
  • Exceptional academic record from high school and university.
  • Ability to manage budgets and evaluate ROI using data-driven approaches.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders across an organization.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) approaches.
  • Background in sales-led or ecosystem growth.
  • Understanding of open source communities and business models.
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies.
  • Experience mentoring junior marketers.
