What you will do

• Organize, schedule, and oversee interviews, including candidate logistics and complex scheduling across time zones.
• Support recruiting operations and programs, including referral programs and ATS configurations.
• Maintain flawless ATS hygiene and extract actionable insights from recruiting data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and maintain strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment.
• Proficiency with Ashby or comparable ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
• Strong communication and exceptional writing skills in English.
• Proactive, self-organized, and capable of managing multiple workstreams.
• Interest in applying AI to make recruiting processes smarter.
• Must be based in New York City (this is an office-based role)
