Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage high-volume interview coordination across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
• Handle all interview logistics, including travel, expenses, and room setup.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the screening and interview process.
• Monitor and manage interviewer capacity to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Support recruiting operations, including talent mapping, data integrity, and event coordination.
• Partner with teams to train and prepare new interviewers as hiring volume grows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, California
• Experience coordinating schedules or supporting operations in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
• Ability to adapt to different recruiting styles and pivot quickly.
• Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Nice to have

• 1+ years in a high-volume scheduling or recruiting coordination role.
• Experience with ATS and HRIS tools like Ashby, GoodTime, or Workday.
• Experience partnering closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting technical or leadership-level hiring.
