What you will do

• Build and launch paid campaigns across Meta and Google for law firm clients.
• Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance, including bids, budgets, and audience targeting.
• Setup and QA tracking infrastructure including pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
• Prepare client-facing performance reports with clear summaries and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct creative and audience tests under the direction of senior staff.
• Collaborate with account strategists to align campaign activity with client goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platforms.
• Basic understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
• Ability to analyze performance data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Familiarity with UTM parameters and conversion tracking concepts.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Exposure to programmatic advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with GA4 and basic analytics reporting.
