TL;DR
Creative Design Lead (Edtech): Defining and elevating the visual identity of across all touchpoints, from product to brand, and from B2B to B2C with an accent on shaping how the world sees and experiences cybersecurity education. Focus on owning and building the design system and brand identity, creating and evolving templates for paid ads, social content, email, and B2B sales materials.
Location: Fully Remote. Choose your own hours as long as you have at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone (from 8am - 6pm).

What you will do
- Own and build the design system and brand identity.
- Create and evolve templates for paid ads, social content, email, and B2B sales materials.
- Lead visual strategy for brand campaigns and product launches.
- Partner with Product and Growth teams to align visual design with user journeys.
- Brief and manage freelancers and agencies (e.g., illustrators, motion designers).
- Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials.
Requirements
- Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience building and managing brand systems or design libraries.
- Portfolio showcasing clean, modern design across digital channels.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Growth.
- Startup or scale-up experience is a plus.
- Experience in tech, edtech, or cybersecurity is a bonus.
- A strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on.
