  • Lead and inspire a team of Commercial Solutions Engineers across the Bay Area
  • Partner with sales leadership on territory planning and execution

  • Build relationships with channel partners to enhance team success
  • Manage the full talent lifecycle for your organization

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solutions Engineering or related technical pre-sales roles
  • 3+ years managing pre-sales technical teams
  • Strong understanding of commercial sales motions and account coverage
  • Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure technologies
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout the region
