TL;DR

Product Owner (AI): Driving the development and adoption of an AI-powered revenue engine within Salesforce with an accent on predictive scoring, generative outbound workflows, and account intelligence. Focus on managing the product backlog, ensuring cross-functional alignment between Sales, RevOps, and Engineering, and iterating on LLM-driven system outputs to improve GTM efficiency.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland. This is an office-centric hybrid role with required in-office days on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Salary: 249,160–274,790 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day product management of the Salesforce-embedded AI revenue engine.
  • Manage the end-to-end product backlog, including writing specifications and prioritizing features.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Sales, CS, RevOps, Data, and Engineering teams.
  • Maintain and iterate on LLM prompts to ensure high-quality, accurate AI-generated outputs.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and build enablement materials for global teams.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems like Salesforce, Databricks, and Workato.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Revenue Technology role within a B2B SaaS GTM organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (objects, flows, permission sets).
  • Experience with data/automation stacks such as Databricks, Workato, or Airflow.
  • Proficiency in SQL for analysis and signal validation.
  • Experience with AI/LLM systems, including prompt engineering and model evaluation.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical architectures to both business and engineering stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with outbound sales tooling like Outreach, SalesLoft, or Clay.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms such as 6sense or ZoomInfo.
  • Background in enablement, GTM strategy, or sales operations.
