What you will do
- Operationalize the rhythm of the business with Sales leaders, managing pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecasting.
- Partner with Sales leaders for proactive business and pipeline inspection to improve accuracy and linearity.
- Own regional Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and planning processes, including territory planning and goaling.
- Drive local sales rep performance reviews using deep analytical insights.
- Instill sales process discipline and hold managers accountable for quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Partners, and Marketing to align strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) for pipeline management and data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with forecasting tools.
- Ability to manage teams using deep analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Windsor, UK.
