What you will do

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of Client Success Managers to foster a high-performing culture of innovation.
• Manage pre- and post-sales relationships for a portfolio of digital advertising clients, including high-tier accounts.
• Track, analyze, and report on team goals, account growth, and retention KPIs to senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech departments to optimize operational workflows.
• Drive quarterly goals and ensure customer satisfaction and engagement with hirify.global products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 7+ years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in digital and programmatic advertising or the travel vertical.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing teams.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Gsuite, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with DSPs (e.g., Appnexus, DBM, MediaMatch) or social media advertising platforms.
• Understanding of the online advertising industry.
