What you will do

  • Support customers, courier partners, and venues using live chat and phone.
  • Monitor and ensure that daily delivery operations run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the support team and other internal departments to improve the support function.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Serbian language and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Customer-obsessed and team-oriented mindset with great communication skills.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Capacity to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Students are welcome to apply for this part-time role.
