Salary: $25 - $28 per hour

What you will do

• Perform first-pass edits and pull selects from interviews and b-roll footage.
• Create cutdowns and format variations for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Add captions and basic graphics while maintaining clean media workflows via Frame.io and Drive.
• Assist on local shoots with lighting, audio monitoring, and equipment management.
• Collaborate with the Brand team on end-to-end video workflows from concept to delivery.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in film, video production, media, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Must be available for occasional in-person shoots in the Bay Area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction and templates.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with social video formats such as Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• A portfolio or sample work demonstrating editing fundamentals.
