What you will do
- Act as the first point of contact for system alerts and issues from clients and internal teams.
- Investigate alerts by analyzing logs and data to diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Use monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog) to detect and respond to system anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Settlements, Compliance, Client Services, Connectivity) to maintain and improve reliability.
- Manage incidents in line with SLAs, perform debugging and root cause analysis, and optimize systems.
- Create and run scripts to query databases and work with REST APIs to debug integration issues; document common issues and resolutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AWS.
- Strong SQL and database skills.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
