- Develop, industrialize, and sustain fiber-related products including cables, assemblies, and connectivity components.
- Manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through to mass production.
- Design processes and optimize manufacturability to improve production yield and reduce costs.
- Develop and implement robust test and inspection methods.
- Partner with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure product reliability and quality.
Requirements
- Experience in fiber optics engineering and the industrialization of connectivity products.
- Proficiency in process design and manufacturability analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
- Must be located in or able to work onsite in Suzhou, China.
