• Develop, industrialize, and sustain fiber-related products including cables, assemblies, and connectivity components.
• Manage the product lifecycle from initial concept through to mass production.

• Develop and implement robust test and inspection methods.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure product reliability and quality.

Requirements

• Experience in fiber optics engineering and the industrialization of connectivity products.
• Proficiency in process design and manufacturability analysis.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional global teams.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Suzhou, China.
