Location: Must be based in Washington, DC (Hybrid)

Salary: $65,000–$68,000 per year

What you will do

• Track federal rule-making and administrative actions impacting organizational policy goals.
• Manage the monthly affiliate rulemaking and comments workgroup.
• Research and draft policy materials including factsheets and issue briefs.
• Coordinate agendas and follow-ups for weekly team meetings and department-wide endeavors.
• Collaborate across departments to share relevant policy updates and insights.
• Disseminate regulatory reports and news clips to the broader Research & Policy team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of total work experience, including 1–3 years in public policy, advocacy, or research.
• Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health care, coverage, and rights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
