What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Strategic Connectivity accounts from contract signature through activation and growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to make social impact projects financially sustainable and scalable.
• Bridge digital divides in underserved communities to enable better education and healthcare in remote areas.
• Manage strategic partnerships with international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory bodies.
• Champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development.
• Define the social impact narrative through compelling case studies and impact reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or strategic planning.
• 2+ years in an external-facing role managing commercial, government, or enterprise contracts.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Green Card, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Availability to work extended hours/weekends and willingness to travel internationally.
