What you will do

• Line manage and support clinicians to ensure consistent performance against operational standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex clinical queries and safeguarding concerns.
• Maintain clinical governance standards through rigorous audits and framework adherence.
• Manage clinical incidents and complaints, ensuring thorough investigation and documentation.
• Monitor clinical and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and service improvements.
• Contribute to clinical service delivery and adapt protocols to changing business needs.

Requirements

• Experience in digital or technology-enabled healthcare environments managing clinical delivery.
• Proven ability to deliver patient-centred care in remote or digital settings.
• Experience in managing and developing clinical teams through structured supervision.
• Sound clinical judgement in managing escalations and complex case reviews.
• Familiarity with clinical governance frameworks, incident management, and complaints processes.
• Ability to interpret clinical data to monitor performance and identify risks.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance standards.
