What you will do

• Oversee the implementation and evolution of the local technology architecture
• Execute the local IT and data strategy
• Collaborate with global teams on technology transformations and system migrations
• Manage IT governance processes, including documentation and reporting for local regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on technology initiatives related to regulatory compliance
• Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with group technology standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, IT architecture, or technology governance within financial services or fintech
• Knowledge of Brazilian regulatory and security requirements, including cybersecurity, outsourcing, and data protection
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems
• Fluency in English
