What you will do

• Ensure regulatory compliance with IT and InfoSec requirements.
• Monitor technology and InfoSec infrastructure to identify and resolve outages or SLA breaches.
• Coordinate evidence gathering for audits and represent the local technology team.
• Identify and manage technology dependencies, risks, and impacts.
• Maintain dashboards to track metrics and visualize operational insights.
• Manage technology asset inventory and lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in tech risk, operational resilience, IT governance, or InfoSec within financial services.
• Experience working in regulated environments, including interaction with regulators and auditors.
• Broad understanding of modern technology stacks and InfoSec solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
