What you will do
- Create high-quality work that delights users and meets company objectives.
- Collaborate with Design, Product, and Development teams globally.
- Mentor junior-level UX designers and evolve design processes.
- Write documentation and usage guidelines for design components.
- Manage medium to large-scale design projects independently.
- Stay updated on design principles and trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX product design with experience in native apps and web.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent design craft with attention to detail.
- Expert understanding of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
