What you will do

• Lead the user experience from conception to launch, advocating for the design vision of a top entertainment app.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of product designers across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
• Create user-centric designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for the hirify.global app.
• Build and evolve the company's design guidelines and comprehensive design system.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to develop innovative solutions within technical constraints.
• Integrate AI-assisted design tools to streamline creative workflows and improve delivery velocity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading mobile product design teams, ideally in entertainment or gaming.
• Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and a portfolio showcasing impactful mobile work.
• Experience scaling and refining design teams and operational processes.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to craft.

Nice to have

• Background in loyalty or rewards platforms.
• Experience with mobile gaming trends and the advertising landscape.
