Salary: $255K – $405K + Offers Equity

What you will do
- Design, build, and operate OpenAI’s multi-tenant caching platform.
- Define the long-term vision and roadmap for caching infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other infrastructure and product teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building and scaling distributed systems.
- Deep expertise with Redis, Memcached, or similar solutions.
- Production experience with Kubernetes and service meshes.
