What you will do

• Build dashboards and instrumentations to understand user activation and drop-off points.
• Run fast experiments across the funnel including A/B tests and onboarding variations.
• Develop and maintain growth surfaces such as landing pages and email triggers.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align on growth strategies.

Requirements

• Experience as a software engineer with a focus on running experiments.
• Fluency with data instrumentation and dashboard creation.
• Ability to build growth surfaces and manage SEO content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
